now that my ex husband is remarried, he is putting our children under new health care with his wife's insurance. he was paying 1000 dollars a month for insurance and now will have free health care. will my child support be adjusted to this new insurance? because my last evaluation was decided in part because he had coverage and the expense it involved.

You should go to court to have the support payments re-evaluated.

Most likely not. But you can always request that the child support be re-evaluated.

Going back to court is your best choice. You have to be assured that your children have good health care, and also, you should now be receiving child support. Blessings.
