I'm a student and work part-time. I need health insurance before I go back to school in a few weeks but I only make 700/month. I don't qualify for state health care since I have a child and live with her father who earns too much.

I don't know of any health insurance plans based on income, but there are certainly some plans specifically for students that take this into account. Try contacting your college or university healthcare department, they can probably put you in touch with companies that offer student healthcare plans.
