some questions about child support and medicaid

some questions about child support and medicaid?
social services sent me a letter saying that if i dont cooperate with child support then they would cut off my medicaid. i do need my medicaid because i already have health problems and i cant get any other health insurance my child father does take care if his child what would happen if my child father lost his job and wasnt able to pay ? would he go to jail? and does child support means he will have to pay until our son turns 18 ? what if we were to get married , what would happen ?

They don't send you right off to jail if you loose your job and are paying child support. Yes he would have to pay until he is 18 and even longer if there is any back support they need to get. If you marry there wouldn't be any new charges but again he would have to continue to pay for any back charges still pending.

Even if the father is unemployed, he would be liable for paying something towards child support. Probably not as much as he would be required to pay if he were employed, but something. And yes, he can go to jail for failure to pay. Child support usually runs until a child turns 18 or graduates high school. In some states, it can run until they are 19 and some child support orders contain provisions for college. If you get married and stay married, child support is a non-issue. He wouldn't have to pay other than any in arrears.

Child support is required if you ask for government support. If you don't ask for government support, you don't have to go after child support. As long as someone is providing and the government doesn't have to pay for anything, they don't care if you are on child support or not.

Do they need help from God to prevent poor kids from getting access to a doctor? Also, why would God value money over one of his own children's health? Does God put Money over Life and Death? Do Republicans believe Money overrides Life in the Eyes of god?

You're question is very flawed. We are praying to Jesus to protect us and our families from Obama. I think that we may need help from God to ensure that our sick and elderly are taken care of. My question for you is why would Obama value power over one of his own citizen's health? He does put power over Life and Death. You seem to think that the evil Republicans are just out to destroy America and oppose everything Obama does. But do you realize that what Obama care does is make the health care system WORSE!! Obama is trying to control the American people through Health Care, Cap & Trade, and the stimulus. You HAVE to look beneath the surface. There is more to these bills than what is on the surface. Let's just look at Health Care. Obama Care is health Care for the healthy. For the very old, very young, very sick etc. Obama care is going to be a disaster. Obama promised that healthcare premiums would not go up, but they are already going up. Sebelius threatened the Health Care companies not to blame a rise in premiums on Obama Care. What does the silly bint think is causing the rise in premiums? Plus, you have to realize that never in history has a citizen been forced to purchase a product simply to live. You have to have a license and insurance for the privilege of having a business or driving a car. But that is different. If you want the privilege, you have to buy the insurance. They say that illegal aliens will not have access, but that is crap. I have heard from lots of nurses (as well as school administrators.) that said they can't ask for proof of citizenship. So without proof the illegals are going to get service. And we are going to pay for it.

They have been convinced that this federal insurance program is the government taking over the health care industry. Just like they were convinced that Tarp was Bush (blame Obama) taking over the banking industry. Or that the auto bailouts are the government taking over the auto industry. The military occupation and regime changes in South America and the Middle East though - that's liberation. And since they believe the entire government (excluding Republicans of course) is corrupt and in league with Satan, well you get the picture. And considering that the Tea Party has no clear goals and that they reject reading and science what other options besides prayer is even possible for them? Informed discourse? Pretty unlikely.

The health care in countries that have socialized health care is terrible. they have to wait forever and they don't even get to pick their own doctor! Why would you want to have the government pick what you get and who you get for you treatment? God doesn't need health care or money to make the kids better.

no, you will have either an A baby, a B baby, or an AB baby. The only health issues that arise with blood types are when the mother and baby have different blood types, or different rhesus factors (the positives and negatives) but given modern medicine, they're not a big issue and its standard for hospitals to check your foetus' blood type fairly early. If you are both negative (meaning neither of you have rhesus antibodies on your blood cells), your baby will be negative too. So you definitely can't have a clash with them on that front. The only problem this would cause would be for children born after this child if this child & the next were Rh+ blood types b/c child #1 would cause mom to make antibiodies against Rh+ (mom Rh-) so the next child 's blood (if born Rh+ ) would be attacked by mom's immune system. RN

There will be no problem as far as blood types go, but, a child could have either type A or type B blood also.
