Friend is a disabled Veteran which has been deemed unemployable by the VA, single father with a child, how will the child be covered under the new health care bill? The Veteran is not considered totally and permanently disabled so the child is not covered by VA (Champ VA) so since the father can't work how will the child be covered? Any help would be appreciated.

i use the va for health care and it seems that i must buy health care insurance for me and my wife. some vets have insurance already and when they get treatment at the va their insurance is billed and Obama care is supposed to give subsidies to the poor
