It's WAY worse because it will affect everyone, not just children, and will cost far more.

NO, IT IS TAKING THE BEST HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IN THE WORLD AND DESTROYING IT

No Child Left Behind was an ill planned attempt to do something good that failed miserably. But it had good intentions. The Health Reform crap is all about making money. All Americans will be required to buy insurance from the insurance companies so we can continue to pay exorbitant amounts to health care professionals, HMO's and drug companies. If you can't afford insurance, then the government will help you pay for it (and remember, the government has no ability to actually make money, so this cost will be born by the taxpayer). All HMO's and Drug Companies have congressmen and/or senators on their board of directors or advisory boards, so who's getting paid and who's getting screwed? Sounds a lot like the climate change scam to me. Fat stacks of cash.

I liked William's answer. Why are you getting in trouble for posting your opinion? Don't stop! You have a very good take on many things(with just the right amount of zombies to break things up). I clicked on this to see what your take on the question was.
