How will the new Health Care Bill effect those that pay child support

How will the new Health Care Bill effect those that pay child support?
For example my ex has my son covered under her employers health care plan which technically I pay for since I have been ordered to pay for it on top of child support but if come January her employers rates go up will I be forced to pay more if she petitions my states (TX) AG for an increase because of the higher cost she wil be forced to pay? Has this issue been addressed by anyone or is there a section in the HC Bill that talks about this?

Your child's health insurance is covered by his mother's employer. You get a discount. The break you get now is only good as long as your wife remain employed. If your ex loses her job, you are the one who will be responsible to find health insurance for your son. And yes, as your support order states, that will be in addition to the child support you already pay. Quit whining!!

Rates will not go up in Jan by more than a normal annual increase. At least mine and my friends at different companies didn't. Most of the major health care changes don't go into effect until 2014. You'll have to pay those increases.
