What are good science fair projects related to children's health

What are good science fair projects related to children's health?
I am a high school student who has an internship at a pediatric office. I need to do a science fair research project but I'm stuck and can't think of anything to do. Any suggestions please? Your ideas will be much appreciated. :)

You could do something relating to diet/exercise in kids. Especially with obesity being such a problem. Maybe you can look at the most recent research and figure out how to mold it into existing school policies/programs at little to no cost to the administration.

My sister once did a project she entitled "Candy vs. Medicine". Her entire project was based on the fact that many children's medications, especially over-the-counter drugs, look to a child like a piece of candy. She went into kindergarten classrooms throughout our parish and surveyed kids by showing them a substance. They children then had to check off whether they believed the substance was a candy or a medicine. This project worked well for her because it was relatively simple for her to do. The most complicated thing she had to do was get parents to sign consent form required by her science fair for the children to participate. Hint: Science fair judges are not looking at the complexity of your project. Rather they would rather see you have precise measurements and utilize the scientific method.
