can staying a virgin for long time have health sideaffects for females

can staying a virgin for long time have health sideaffects for females?
..im 19 years old virgin and for past year i've been experiencing chronic pains "downstairs", i heard once that some girl who was 20 and virgin, was also experiencing abnormal pains, especially while she was on period and her doctor told her that only solution to it would be her having sex and having a child..... what are possible health - side affects of being virgin?

Talk to your doctor about the pain but no it's not because you're a virgin.

just use a dildo if you dont want to loose it with a man at this moment...

being a virgin is actually extremely healthy for women because their vagina hasn't been changed and confused to the brain. this is a definite myth that being a virgin is bad. society today makes it that you HAVE to have sex. i honestly think just waiting till your married because then that honeymoon night will be an AMAZING night. your pains is probably just something common. having a child is really bad for the femal reproductive system because it changes the cycle and everything.

Well, that sounds like some BS to me. You will be fine - I promise that you don't have to go get knocked up just to solve your problem. Call your doctor and tell him about your worries - he may need to check for an infection or cyst or something. But don't go out having sex just because you think it will solve your problem.

no being a virgin has no side affects at all! back in the day women stayed Virgins until they were married and sometimes that wasn't until like 25 so your fine. (btw i'm 14 not 50 and i just heard my grandma go on and on about the whole sex to young thing, not that i have had any.) maybe you have an infection. WOW there is a reasonable solution.

Your doctor is a fool and a quack! Never go back there. Having sex or children will not provide a solution! The 'side effects' of being a virgin are freedom from disease, more respect and honour in marriage and freedom from guilt. Provided the 'flow' is normal and there is no 'blockage', spasmodic pains can be experienced by numerous women, younger or older, as a matter of course and the 'pains' often clear up spontaneously. For relief in the meantime, however, take 3 x 1000mg of 'Evening Primrose' capsules for a day or two prior to your next period and, drink a couple of cups of Chamomile tea during the first day/s of the period. If you are over- or under-weight, even slightly, some light exercises to regain general fitness also helps.

Nothing. You're probably just ovulating or you need to poop or pee. I get abnormal feelings in my abdomen and "down there" all the time.

What you heard isn't true, but it is true that women who never get pregnant or never go on the pill are thought to have a higher risk of ovarian cancer because of constantly ovulating. So in a way, there is a side effect to being a virgin.

aye, indeed. in some rare cases women have died from not having sex
