Well, I'm sure there would be plenty of health risks having a child vacuumed out of your stomach, especially since they grow in your uterus.

I'm pretty sure they mean when you need help getting the baby out... They use vacuum suction or something. There are risks, but I'm not sure what they are.

There are health risks with any procedure, including getting a splinter removed or your toenails clipped. Don't eat children - then you won't have to worry about them being in your stomach in the first place.
