In the new Obama health bill, for a child to remain on the parent's insurance until the age of 27, does that child need to be enrolled in college. Are there any other prerequisites for the child to qualify for the parent's insurance?

No college enrollment needed. But this thing won't pass - you can't expect small busineses to pay 10 grand a each year to insure a worker with only a small tax break to show for it. /

Does not matter if the child is in shcool or not. But I think it is age 26, not 27.

It is age 26 and it is one of the provisions of this bill that takes effect this year. I don't know if there are any stipulations like having to live with your parents or be in college.
