He isn't. However, parents need to be responsible for themselves and their children. Good parents provide for their own children. They don't have more children than they can afford and expect that others will hand out to them.

because mccain feels that if your parents don't have a lot of money like he does, then it is not his or the government to ensure all americans esp children receive good health care. basically, if you are not in his social status bracket..you don't count :( And that includes these folks who are saying things like having too many kids and not being able to afford them, or buy chicken wings with their money..those individuals have the same Derogatoryattitudes towards families who go to work EVERYday.and still are barely getting by. These people include individual such as those that were in Obama's commercial the other night. I have to believe that these people who are posting these nasty messages are just ignorant to what majority of Americans go through. What are you talking about? We have dozens of children's health care programs right now. Are you talking about that BS where they wanted to call adults less than 25 years old children??? And made poverty at 75K a year?? McCain has a lot of children, so your rant has no basis.

Can you provide some sources for this, maybe from a major source which quotes him saying I dislike helping needy children. If he voted against something maybe it was part of a larger spending bill, this happens all the time.

Because it is liberal BS. They want to tax fathers of disadvantaged children, so that later fathers of those children would come back and beg bureaucrats to let their children access to that care. That would make bureaucrats rich and important - and this is ultimate goal of any liberal parasite.

No, I'm sure McCain has nothing against children. But he'd rather have our country create opportunity so that child's parents can get health insurance instead of having the government just give it to them at the tax payers expense. My children have health insurance and my husband and I both work to make that happen. Why should I have to pay for someone else's child's health insurance on top of that?

Did you actually hear McCain say: "I am against children having health care," or did you hear Obama accusing McCain in this? If your answer is: "Everybody know this," you heard it from Obama.

Because those programs don't benifit his big oil donors or other big corporate lobbiest friends. McCain wnats to give his big money friends bigger tax benifits at the expense of the Middle Class. He's been looking out for himself and his buddies since he two timed his injured wife when she really needed him, to the Savings & Loan scandal that he played an integral part in, to pandering to the right wing evangelicals for their money to picking a right wing evangelic for VP. Look out for the children? Not until the children can come up with the bucks that his big contributors can.

Are you kidding? What is your source for such a ridiculous statement? He has 7 children. He adopted 1 child with a facial deformity and paid for surgery to correct this. Haven't you seen his 17 year old daughter? On 1/25/2007 vote on Senate Bill H.R. 2 , amdt 154 to amdt 100. To improve access to affordable health care Obama vote= NAY McCain vote= YEA Obama voted against improving healthcare. McCain voted in favor of improving healthcare. check his voting record, this one was for small business tax cuts but had an amendment added to it for health care for children. Check how McCain voted. Now check how Obama voted. Who is really for child healthcare and who is against. Check Obama's entire US Senate voting record and look for any childrens health issues he voted for. Be patient, it will take some time.

McCain doesn't dislike all children. Just poor and middle-class ones. He likes his own kids and all privileged ones. He thinks they need to be kept healthy to be able to take over the power structure some day. Especially since Obama, who came up from food-stamp poverty, was standing hatless in the cold rain the other day, speaking to a rally, without so much as a cough or a sneeze, while McCain moved his rally indoors.
