I'll write what first came to mind: Criminal Behavior/Social Work. It is also a mental health issue, when the perpetrator is ill. C. :)!!

It cuts across a number of disciplines. Health practitioners are often at the front line of child abuse, especially physical abuse, as they see the results. Social Workers are often involved in investigating such abuse. Psychologists and social workers provide treatment for abuse victims. Psychologists also study the impact of trauma. So, I would say that it is difficult to put child abuse into a single category.
