She isn't mentally challenged she has serious problems with bi polar and depression. I can't live in the same house with her because you never know what she is going to do next. I want to get custody of my daughter to protect her and I don't know what to do.

If she's keeping your child and she's mentally challenged why do you want her to leave your house? Don't you want to keep an eye on your daughter?

If she's not on the lease, you can call the police, they escort her out of there and that's that. The part about keeping your child I have no idea what you mean, sorry.
